How to use it

  1. Check the list in the Entries box: add, remove or change anything you like, one entry per line.
  2. Press Spin or click the wheel. The winner is picked at random and shown when the wheel stops.
  3. Spin again, take the winner off the wheel, or share your version of the wheel with a link.

A simple routine

Warm up for a few minutes, then spin ten times and do each exercise as it comes, resting when you need to. Adjust the numbers to your level: halve them if you are starting out, or add rounds as you get stronger.

Train safely

Stop if anything hurts, choose good form over speed, and check with a doctor before starting a new exercise routine if you have a health condition.

Questions and answers

Can I change the number of reps?

Yes. Edit any line, for example “20 squats” to “10 squats”, and the wheel updates straight away. Save your version for next time.

How long does a workout take?

About 10 to 20 minutes for ten spins, depending on the exercises you get and how long you rest.
